Super cool experience for a beach club. We got a day pass for $45 American dollars.
We got a good buffet lunch and free all inclusive cocktails. Adrian was an amazing server. He looked after us for all our drinks and finding us shade. The only beer was Dos Equis but good enough. Lots of different drink options. I would go back for the day. Two days in a row might be too much sun. No chlorinated pools but they had a large beach. The ocean beach was only like 3 feet deep but the beach was very clean without seaweed or sea grass.
Beautiful relaxing view, nice people. Go check out the free tequila tasting. The cafe tequila flavor was pretty good. It's all made in the country and not sold online, so make sure you grab one there. Please drink responsibly and enjoy. The food was included in our boat tour and it was good.

Wow, just wow! Went here for the first time yesterday, the service was impeccable! Our waiter, Adrian, was so fabulous and attentive, he had food and drink always readily available to us and he surprised me with a beautiful birthday dessert and fanfare, this was so sweet and thoughtful. The venue itself is also really very nice with clean bathrooms, I highly recommend a visit next time you're in Isla!

We enjoyed a day here but wouldn't want to spend any more time here than that. For $40 per person, we were able to use a beach bed and get food & drink service all day. There are also clean restrooms available.
Beds were very comfortable. Music was played constantly and was pretty loud in some areas. Music tended to be mostly 80s hits when we were there.
You could order as many drinks as you wanted but they were just ok.
There were food buffet stations set up in two areas. Given the great dining options on the island, the options here were disappointing. The buffet had fried chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, pasta, and several other American-style options.
One day here was enough for us. We spent the rest of our time on the island on Playa Norte.

All inclusive beach club near downtown local IM. Great value includes all alcohol, food, and comfortable shaded bed. Excellent service. Most people come here from catamaran tours but you can take a taxi for $200p each way easily. Buffet lunch was excellent. Drinks were weak but plentiful. Beer only in a small glass, one free shot only. Unlimited mixed and frozen drinks. Water was cloudy but swimmable.
$40 USD for all inclusive day pass. Drinks were overly sweet and contained little to no alcohol. The grill was really delicious but shut down early. The central buffet was not good. Tequila tasting was a nice touch, however, the cost of that tequila was absurd! We bought the exact same bottle of Coffee tequila in Valladolid earlier in our trip for $48. Amazona was charging $80! The dj was pretty decent! The water was not good; shallow, warm, and cloudy…think the kiddie pool. The cabanas, setup, and overall vibe was absolutely beautiful; the service was impeccable! There were just too many negatives for me.

The service itself was a 4.5. I don't want to take away from that! All the staff were awesome, and the facilities were clean. The crochet sun coverings were great, but some beds had no umbrella...hard to sit in sun all day, but the staff was ever so attentive to make sure you got a good spot.
The 2 is really for the beach itself. There's no stretched beach like playa Norte, so you're experiencing more the beach club than the beach. It's more like a shallow lagoon blocked off with a retaining wall. It is too small for the amount if people, although the amount of people was pleasant--not overwhelmingly busy.
I didn't realize it was all-you-can eat buffet and drinks. For $45 a person, including children 12 years old. I didn't see this info online any where, but that part wasn't too bad. They do offer a lot of value. Drinks drinks drinks. The grilled food was nice. (Chicken and burger) Otherwise the buffet was a buffet.
Overall a great experience, due to attentive staff and DJ. But the beach itself was kind of...womp womp.

We read about this place on the Isla Facebook page, Karen had written something. We went there for a day pass, had a blast, the Dj was awesome and floating in a water hammock made my day so much that we went there for a second day. $40 for all you can eat wonderful food and drinks made this an excellent deal. Service was impeccable. If you have the time go check it out, ask for Karen she's amazing, say hi for us!
I went here three different times because I liked it so much. Yulia was our server twice and Adrian once and they were both wonderful. Probably the best service I've had anywhere (not just Isla Mujeres). Also, other staff were friendly, polite, and attentive. The food was fantastic. The price is right. The water is warm and clean. I'll be going here again the next time I'm in town. Thank you for an amazing time!
