This is a cute restaurant in downtown Larkspur with a great vibe. It has its own parking lot, but it can be quite cramped. We had a party there, and since it was a weekend night, it was very crowded and loud. It's all one open space, so noise carries. My husband and I are vegan, and we had called ahead that day to make sure there would be a vegan option available and they said they would be able to make something for us. We were served the gluten-free pasta (all fresh house made pastas contained egg) with some vegetables tossed in. It was fine -- nothing blowing my mind or showing particular creativity on the part of the chef -- but our omnivorous companions were quite pleased with the meal (the noise being the one exception). As for the service, they were perfectly pleasant, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending that omnivores enjoy eating here. For vegans, if you are invited to join a party here, I might recommend calling a few days ahead to give the chef his/her best opportunity to impress.

Picco was full so went across street to Amalfi great meal, nice service and the owner came by to see if we were enjoying the meal. We have gone back two more times in past month. Truly feels like Italy.
