visited this bakery twice whilst I was in town only for less than a week! Got attracted by the lovely smell and the warmth from the bread and the people inside during the typical cold and wet weather in Gothenburg.
The sourdough and little cookies were both delicious, highly recommended!

A star among the bakeries in Gothenburg. Focused on bread rather than desserts. The place is intentionally old-fashioned. It’s a small store with no seating, no coffee, just efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly sales of great bread.

Hands down one of the best bakeries in Gothenburg. Flavorful sourdough breads and pastries, with organic ingredients. And they dare to differ, whether that’s in the variety of products (check out their saffron rusks!) or a little touch in the recipe, the result being irresistibly delicious. It’s a little hidden treasure and a source of daily happiness, cannot recommend it enough!

Tiny craft bakery. The most "hygge" we could find ;)
Delicious bread, pastries and cake. Try the cardamom bun if you haven't before. Fairly priced and the quality speaks for itself. Kind staff and quick service.
You can also buy gourmet condiments etc, like you'd find in a deli.
