But they always forget something in order( they make it after we tell about the missing things, and take a little bit longtthan usual
I usually don't write reviews, but I do so when I believe my feedback can assist others. Yesterday, my husband, our friend, and I visited this restaurant. Initially, they refused to turn on the AC. We ordered a triple hamburger, a double hamburger, kofte, and mantı as an appetizer for the three of us. To start, they brought Simit and French fries 🍟 by mistake. Subsequently, they forgot to bring my double burger. Feeling quite hungry, I ended up having the mantı, but it lacked salt and taste, making it unappetizing. Consequently, I left it untouched. Later, my husband offered to share his hamburger. Despite not being picky, I found the burger dry, excessively thick, and tough to bite due to the use of old, poor-quality meat. I couldn't manage to finish it. Meanwhile, our friend ordered a kofte sandwich, which turned out to be three very small kofte placed in the middle of a big bread. Surprisingly, the kofte wasn't made from beef or any other expected meat; instead, it was mixed with potatoes. Adding to our experience, they even charged us for the mistakenly brought Simit and French fries:))) that was ridiculous. Regrettably, this visit marked our first and last time at this establishment. On a positive note, our waitress was incredibly kind and charming.

Location is cute and central.
Service is slow and bad. Food is not fresh. Waiters are not friendly.
I ordered pizza for my son. It took too long to arrived, half frozen and not baked enough. The spagetti, I ordered for my 12 year-old daughter was too spicy that she couldn't eat it. It was very clear to the waiter who took our order that we don't understand Turkish and the meal was for a kid. He said that "it is written in the menu that the meal is spicy and it's our problem that we don't read Turkish".
NOT recomended.
Came here with family ( including a 10y.o and 80 year old) & all enjoyed the food we had. Thin crust pizzas were great. The meat and pastries yummy. Smoking is common so if it bothers you, maybe not the best place. Great to relax and enjoy the often loud music (mix of turkish and foreign) with a drink. Not the chespest in area but loved the lively atmosphere.
