I been getting cakes and cupcakes from Albertsons bakery for years. Yesterday I ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday to take to his class. I asked to be able to pick them up between 11:30am n Noon. I called at 1040am today to see if maybe I can pick them up earlier because usually they are done ahead of time, but this lady didn’t even know i had a order she sounded clueless and joked about it maybe not being ready by noon. I came around 1140 to see the status of them and one the workers asked the ladies about the cupcakes and she said they just started and they’re need another 30mins. I was so annoyed . Then of course my husband had ordered for the cake to be done by 430. They left a message that something was down and it’ll be ready after 6pm. That is unacceptable. Not to mention when we got the cake the picture was not even centered right. It looked rushed. I am not happy at all about todays bakery experience.

Overall nice store and really nice and friendly associates. The shelves are pretty well stocked. It is in the valley of Oceanside, so you'll see the occasional homeless, but they don't seem out of control here. Either way, I like coming here.

I like to go there for grocery shopping. Everyone that works in the store is nice. Once they made a mistake where they were supposed to refund because I didn’t purchase the item and the cashier mentioned that he had returned it and I should have received the refund but I had not received it after 10 days I had went into the store and they processed the refund and looked at the cashier s name as well so the hat he doesn’t repeat the same mistake again.

Worst place to go get your groceries they literally have two cashiers to help 30 people. The lines were down both isles, and the manager was not helping out. Her name was Amanda.. When I finally got Amanda to come out, she came out and gave me a bunch of attitude and was very disrespectful ..

Huge selection of food and drink options, very clean, and lots of parking.
The employees are always willing to help with a smile. Before or after shopping, there’s restaurants within walking distance.
The prices are a little higher than Walmart, but if not wanting to drive a further distance, this Albertsons is a good option.

Amanda L, at the customer service desk, was phenomenal. Super helpful, very professional and patient with all my requests I had first thing in the morning. James, the cashier, was also amazing. He made sure I had help at the customer service desk and got me what I needed to send cash to my mother. Please reward these team members. Both true assets! Thank you, Amanda L and James!!

The fried chicken is every bit as good as KFC
And you can get the best sweet tea ever Milo's. If only they had the purple (sweetest) tea. As it is they have devoted some milk space to Milo's Tea, which needs a tiny bit more sugar (who am I kidding, a tiny bit to me is like a cup) that is why we need purple tea

This particular Albertsons location (on Mission in Oceanside California) is deserving of 5 stars, if not more. Not only are the products fresh and affordable, the current staff are stellar!
Our particular favorites are their own ice cream brands when they're on sale; meats, seafood, and produce are always fresh; the fabulous fried chicken at the Deli section is freshly cooked to perfection.
The cashiers and baggers are very friendly. We absolutely lllllove Deli staff member CONNIE - whom we will never forget because of her genuine courtesy and infectious smile. Eager to help and sooo professional. This is the exemplary kind of professional service that all customer service stores should follow (not all Albertsons are the same)... frankly, if all businesses were run as efficiently as Connie runs the Deli at this Albertsons location, people would actually enjoy grocery shopping more - it's like the old days when people were more easy going Ann's kind with each other. CONNIE (as well as the staff here at this Albertsons) are indicative of excellent customer service. Wish all other Albertsons grocery chains can function that way - but not all of them do!
