Most amazing view I’ve seen in a decade with great food, great (and cheap) drinks, with – most importantly – the best service. We were talking to the bartender for over an hour about his life story who we later discovered is the owner. Favorite dining experience we’ve had in Puerto Rico Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Favorite food place of our trip so far! They have a swing set in the restaurant facing a beautiful view. Highly recommend going when you can watch the sunset. Food and drinks were delicious! Need a refreshing drink with beautiful scenery after getting your fill on the el Lechon highway? Stop at the Ala Vera bar and kitchen. Beautiful location with mountains, valley views, gentle breezes with all the beauty Puerto Rico has to offer. The owner is warm and engaging and the drinks freshly prepared with home grown fruit juices. A must have is your lavender ginger mojito, it might be your first but it won’t be your last! … This was an amazing experience with incredible appetizers and el pollo quesadillas and carne fritas. The owner who is in the picture was the best guy. Super cool and professional. Made my brother-in-law and I some specialty drinks that were amazing. If you come to Puerto Rico. Please give this place a chance.

Alavera, has been the most relaxing experience and the view so spectacular! The sunset got my heart ❤ Wow!!! Nice service and very friendly love this place now.

Nachos with malanga chips, mofongo de yuca filled with churrasco. The mofongo was garlic-y and I looooved it! Very delicious food, happy servers, very clean bathrooms, good music, fantastic view, great photo opportunities. I’ll be back!
