This is a traditional Mexican fare restaurant not so much a "steak house". Maybe they have more "steak" on the dinner menu? We were there for lunch. It's interesting. I've been here before, within the last year. It was good then. This time was different. There's a cold feel to the entire place even though it's finished in warm colors. Maybe it was just the day, or our mood or whatever, but the food seemed bland as well. Just not a lot of taste. Again...not sure what was going on. Service was OK. Prices for the amount of food also served high. We split the "dinner Fajita " with one coffee and one coke (no ice) and it was $30. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I also want to be honest for those who might read this. I'll go back some time and re-evaluate. Kinda a quirky little joint. It's a dive joint dressed in upscale steak joint clothing. The food is excellent authentic Mexican (or at least as far as I know, having never been to Mexico) I had an AMAZING steak fajita. Had the best tasting steak strips I have ever had. Service was great too, they served me even though they were like 10 minutes from closing. 1st time there. Soooo roomy! Plenty of food and had left overs, (for 1 person). Food was good! There's a pool table in the bar area. Karaoke will be coming soon, after winter. Off the beaton path, nice getaway. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a late dinner. The enchiladas are exceptional, very good. Also tried the jalapeño appetizer... Also delicious! Mom got the chili relleno with her enchilada. We stopped in after a long weekend in Westport. We placed our orders not realizing that we were ordering meals that took longer to cook so close to closing time. The employees/owners were amazing and so accomplished. Our food was amazing! We will be back. :) We had steak fajitas, aqua shrimp chile, carne asada, and a ribeye steak. Everything was amazing! Tried this place out last month and went back a second time 2 weeks later. Great food. Very happy with everything they brought out. Love the different salsas they provide. Great flavors, taste foods, everyone leaves full and happy. Customer service gets 5 starts as well. She is so sweet, goes above and beyond to make Custer's happy.
