We live in the neighborhood and have been here a million times, but the last time was absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a sazerac and received the equivalent of a shot (not kidding) in a martini glass. Told them to take it off our bill because it was insane to be charged for a literal thimble and the staff got all dramatic. Used to love this place, went every week, but if this is how they want to treat us, screw that.

We have visited a few times to watch the Vols BBall games and they play the sound to the game which is a big YES! I would much rather listen to the game than listen to music and watch the game, just my preference. The drinks were great, We ordered the cauliflower pizza and it was so yummy! Their service is good, Sometimes they are busy and you have to order the bar but that's not a big deal at all. I've been to the Admiral several times over the past year and it seems like it just gets better each time. The staff is welcoming and attentive, the bar is stocked with whatever your taste may be, and their food is amazing. The new chef there has really stepped up the game and the new items are inventive and delicious. I will definitely tell people that it's more than just a bar for that reason alone.
