Offers western food like lamb chop, mix grill, chicken grill, chicken chop, and others. It also offer local food like nasi campur. The price is affordable. The parking is random and no parking provided for customers. I found it pretty difficult to park. The food is great and recommended.
Sedap. Berbaloi. Parking payoh sikit. Kalau ujan, lagi susah. Tapi, makanan sedap. Waiter pun bagus.
Whoever that dont want to ruin their day, please read this as I am writing this review truthfully and I am going to reason my dissappointment. Its been 3 times already and I will share my bad experiences. During the first time, our orders were served late, and the service from the waiter also very annoying. But we take it easy as the quality and the quantity of the food was quite satisfying. But then we have problem with the total price we paid but cannot refer to anything as there were no receipts. I can accept if its a warung or normal stalls which are not using that service, but as the standard of a cafe, and the fact that they have a cash register, its impossible to be unable to give out receipts. During the second time, the service are much more worse, with late servings, and raw chicken at that, well not to mention the waiter's service. And I cant believe myself to go there for the third time and thats the time adf would be the worse choice of the time. How can it takes 2 hours just to serve a plate of fries and to serve a plate of an obviously frozen meatball. The fries were obviously fried multiple times by the visual of it. When it takes too much time, we ask to cancel the orders, but they claimed that the order was done, but when we ask for take away, they took some time that shows the order were not done yet they didnt want us to cancel it. As I see, there were many staffs that work at the kitchen so i dont see the problem to at least serve even just a bowl of mushroom soup.
Got to be honest that Im surprised they gave me a mid rare steak! Real good! Somewhat fancy and family friendly. Better than some big restaurant I've been to. Oh and the ambiance is decent.
I rarely write reviews except when the joint is either too good or too bad I have no choice but to share my experience with others. I wished ADF KITCHEN belongs to the former but I am sad to say that it is not. Other than the usual hip decor and squeaky clean hall, ADF is sadly just another one of those visually pleasing joints without the heart.
I came with high expectations upon seeing lines of vehicles parking outside the restaurant hoping for a decent experience. Instead I was served with a bland lamb chop, a so so nasi campur, an ordinary fruit juice and less than tasty milk shake for a jolting price I shook my head as I took out my RM from the wallet.
In the end as I walked out of the place I realised that some restaurants are not opened for the food. Some are merely for dating and for the ambience. As I always looking for the food that a restaurant has to offer and not the ambience, I don’t think I will go ADF ever again. It drilled a hole in my wallet for something that I regret having. The worse restaurant I ever been so far this year.
