The half dried bacalhau is good. The portion is generous and potato is good too. They don’t speak much English but kindness and friendliness speak itself. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Adega do Agostinho has become a must visit every time I go to Portugal. In the summers, the line ups go down the road (you put your name on a list and they’ll shout when they’ve got a spot). Through the winter months it is much quieter and you can just stroll in. Without surprise, the seafood is incredibly fresh. I generally get an order of squid or cuttlefish. I do find that sometimes these skewers are overdone, making the tiger shrimp tricky to pull apart. The arroz de marisco (seafood rice) is a portion for at least 2-3 people, with the amount of seafood outweighing the rice. The meat on the grill is incredible, and one of the biggest steaks I’ve seen (could likely be shared between two people). The service is superb, and always speedy. The servers are smiley and attentive. The prices are beyond reasonable (4 orders of mains and sides, starters, a bottle of wine) for about 55 euros. Really worth the wait for this little gem.
Full with locals on a Friday evening, we got on the waiting list and got a table 15-20min later. We were recommended to try the grilled sardines and the seafood skewers, as well as the rice with seafood/monkfish. Everything was tasty and the skewers nicely presented. The passion fruit and sparkling wine sangria was fabulous. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €20–25 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Not a great night at this restaurant. It's super popular We were told a wait time of 30-45mins but we waited about 2 hours for a table for 3. So given that everything would have to be perfect to raise the expectation. Unfortunately it wasn't. The octopus was just ok with no real flavour. Pork kebabs a little overcooked and prawns dry. However it was busy with local customers so that's an indication of the usual quality so maybe we were unlucky. Suggest you book so you don't have a wait time as we did. Amazing seafood rice and fresh fish. A must go! It's always very busy so prepare yourself to wait a bit, but it's definitely worth it!

Delicious meals, local specialities and highly recommended by locals. We were the only foreigners in there, most people ordered without the menu and the food was superb! 25€ for 2 soups, 2 fish mains, and dessert & bottle of wine!
