honestly i only go here because its close but this place scares me. im the last person to scream racism and I'm also friendly i have more of a southern attitude is what I've been told before which is wierd because im from Pennsylvania (unfortunately)....i have no problem speaking to people i have an actual identity and personality unlike these wierdos here in Pennsylvania. not only the workers but the customers at this store are the most souless, racist, strange, snobby, and seemingly angry people I've ever encountered..no one is friendly in this store...thats Pennsylvania in a nutshell but this market is strange....you can just tell by how they look and refuse to speak or be friendly....especially the staff they are not friendly or welcoming at all in any way....i always feel a "get out" vibe so i get what i gotta get and go as fast as i can. most businesses in the area are like that though outwardly racist and uninviting... definitely get a whites only vibe in Phoenixville except from the minority businesses. i almost feel sorry for the other minorities that have businesses in the area. also this is the second time I've gotten something that was no good from this place this time moldy bread

Great employees, not the best sales, but all in all not a bad grocery store.

Friendly workers . Clean store. Well stocked
The folks working at the bakery (Byron, as well as others) did such an amazing job on this cake that I had them do for my boyfriend’s 50th birthday party! From talking to me on the phone and coordinating things, to the finished design on the cake- I could not be happier with the level of customer service I received. These bakers are quite talented- I just briefly showed them an image I found online as a basic template, and they were able to replicate and then customize it in the most perfect way. Thank you for helping make my boyfriend’s birthday special! 😊🎂

I just received moldy grapes from acme. They were pooling in juice from obviously being spoiled/mushy. I posted a picture through their photos. All the produce I just received was of extremely poor quality and should not be on their shelves. None of it. Where is the quality control? It’s not ok and I’m extremely fed up with receiving spoiled produce. That should not be allowed on your shelves for sale. The common denominator here is the store. The store is selling this and it’s completely unacceptable to sell food that’s not edible. If it’s out the door it should be discounted. If it’s spoiled it shouldn’t be on the shelf. This is common sense. Is anyone running this store at all? If they put half the effort into quality control as they do in having someone breath down your neck at self check out this would never ever happen. Shame.
Nice bakery. Good produce selection. A convenient place to shop. Also sell beer and wine.

Update today when self checkout was closed someone called over the intercom for a cashier when I asked her to help me checkout instead of mess with the self checkout machines. She then had to physically yell for a cashier who meandered over with donuts half wrapped in his hand and then he told me he forgets people are in the store this early Update today I was told self checkout is done in the mornings so that the scanners are unavailable. This makes no sense because then there is only one line open with a cashier who is overwhelmed with every single customer. Ridiculous waste of my valuable morning time. Consistently out of stock of the single item I am stopping in for ... come if you want to leave empty handed and go shop at Giant

Lisa in the beer/wine department was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me in locating gluten free products that were safe for me and showed a good knowledge of her stock. Thank you!

Such an annoying checkout system for beer/wine. the only lane open is the beer lane. So we all have to wait for all the people who just don’t want to use self checkout. Make a beer/wine only check out, or open another register for regular groceries. Would recommend just going to giant or the foodery if you just want beer. Save yourself some time
