It's time to try perfectly cooked fish sandwiches, fish and chicken tenders. Nothing can be better than trying good sundaes. This place is famous for delicious root beer. Great root beer float is among the best drinks to order. Many guests find the staff cute. The fine service is something these restaurateurs care about. This fast food provides you with a great choice of dishes for reasonable prices. Most visitors highlight that the atmosphere is lovely here. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant A&W a high rating.

For a small place it was nice for what it was, food was quick and Team Members were nice and helpful. First time going here, that wasn't combined with Taco Bell or a gas station. In the drive thru, there were a few things messed up. I ordered a water and got a sprite. I then ordered a root beer with the cheeseburger and never got that. They were rude grabbing it for us. I also ordered ketchup, never received which I had to run in and get it. When we opened up the bag my fries were spilled upside down. Only put 1 star because I can’t go any lower. I remember stopping at this place with my father back when I was in hs on our way to the 7 Mile Fair every other weekend. Good times.... The people working here always served us with a smile and we always had a good time here. Definitely worth a stop. It really depends who's working, food came out fast. I just avoid the hours when high school teens starts their shift. Teenagers will be teenagers. The service I experienced was quick, she looks like she was alone but, did an great job. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Love the chicken tenders and cheese curds. They have upbeat oldies playing on the speakers! I wish they would give you a token in the kids meal for the free ice cream, because otherwise you have no proof that you get one. The root beer ice cream is awesome. If you go through the drive thru with a big order, be sure to double check if you got everything. They also have outdoor seating available as well as car service.

A buddy and I stopped in from a road trip. The Papa burgers were great of course with fresh tomato, crisp lettuce and onion on a juicy beef burger. Tasty, hot and crisp fries also. True American food! And of course the frosty mug of delicious A&W root beer! What really stood out was the customer service by the gentleman at the counter. I believe his name was Zach Z? At any rate, we were greeted cheerfully, and he brought our food to the table surprisingly quickly considering the drive thru was busy too. We ordered a couple of gallons to go and he promptly filled them as well. He needs an "attaboy" in his employment file, and more money aka a raise would be nice too. His dimeanor and attitude reflects well on him and your business. The next time either of us is in town, Zach will be one of the reasons we return! Well done! The food was good, shakes were good, the service was atrocious. We ordered or food, about 5mins later I got my shake, they forgot the whipped cream and cherry, I asked and never did it. They didn't bring my fiance his drink with his meal. We asked EVERY EMPLOYEE for it and it took them until both of our food was completely gone to bring it AND other customers saying something. When they brought our gallon of root beer, it was spilled ALL OVER the sides to the point where we couldn't even put it in our vehicle or grab it. Stopped in for cone, they only cost 1.04 for any size. Mine was rootbeer flavor. Restaurant was clean people were polite and professional. I stop in whenever I am in area, you can not beat the price. The drive thru has no system of how to take an order. I ordered two combos with drinks, they default to root beer apparently which is great for me being a diabetic… They also default to no sauce for anything. I basically waited for prompts for like “what would you like to drink? What kind of sauce?” Nope nothin. When I asked a question at the window of what drink did I get, they just shut the window. Then the next thing is they just handed me the food. I don’t care if you are nice to me. But this was just weird. If you ask questions, expect silence. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
