Off the bat, no greeting to me nor my partner They took a while to come to the register to take my order The time it took for my food to get to me was alarmingly surprising considering it's chicken My food was a bit undercooked and under-seasoned I tried 4 different drink options and all of them were out of syrup. The final thing that made me write this review was when I went to get extra sauce; I could see an employee handling food without gloves. Only ate at this franchise about 3 times.
