The drinks are fine. However be careful when you are here make sure you ask for the receipt and tip amount or they will simply tip themselves anywhere from 2-3$ a drink. Also they charge a card convenience fee for debit cards which is illegal as is tipping yourself without authorization from the customer. The baristas are nice enough if you ignore the theft and charging convenience fees for debit cards. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came here today and the service lacked. She opened the window and ASKED US what are we having today and after my friend had started saying her ordered she’s got flustered and said I’m not ready yet I’m still making the other sides drink. Why did you ask us if you weren’t ready? We clearly see you have another customer and that’s fine. Straws or a sleeve? (I answerrl: No straws just sleeves please, received hot drink with straws and zero sleeves) so I asked for a sleeve only to get a frustrated look. Uhhh? I understand if you’re having an off day but damn. Felt bad for my friend getting shut down from ordering her drink when she had asked in the first place. Service: 1

Been here a few times and the service keeps dropping. Today the barista informed me they were open but not serving coffee at 5 PM. What? Last time, I waited behind a BMW who just sat there for, like, 15 minutes. I think a friend? Very bad attitudes. Owners should check up on this because they’re losing profits based on the review. Been here multiple time and the drinks are pretty ok. I went today (9/9) and was told the CO2 was out so they wouldn't be able to make a lotus. Fine I'll take it as a redbull. Then the other barista bends down and just turns on the CO2. How is that fair to the customer? There wasn't even an offer to remake it. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

These guys are so nice and make great drinks. I have never had a bad experience here, i appreciate them all. But recently i was there and I barista was very sweet and kind to me and took the time to talk to me as I had received devastating news about my moms health. She was so kind and I appreciated it so much. It was wednesday evening around 5 pm Jan 25th. Her name escapes me, but I wanted her to get kudos for her delicious green tea watermelon drink and her caring ways. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very friendly lady at the window! She gave my dog a free treat! ♥️♥️ I got a cold brew pumpkin pie, tastes delicious. I now rate this place more highly than Starbucks. Price per person $1–10

The owner needs to be immediately informed of the practices going on with their establishment. I have been stolen from 3x now. Unfortunately I see now that's it's not happening because of one individual, but multiple. I was not handed a receipt to sign or an opportunity to tip. This is the 3rd time they have done this in which after checking my bank account, they gave themselves a $3 tip. This is absolutely dishonest and illegal. I hope the owner will be able to speak with their employees before they find themselves in a legal situation.
