Pole pole: expected some waiting time when waiting for your food. We've been the only guests and waited around one hour. That's okay when knowing upfront. The food was good! We got surrounded by 7 little hungry cats while there. That's been the only contra. The cats have been offensive jumping on the seats and tables to get something. This felt like protecting the dinner from cats and having dinner at the same time. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

We found this place on the map on our way to Mtende beach (which is a must see!!). It surprised us in so many ways: the food was absolutely delicious! No spare on great fresh ingredients. Also had the best fruit juices on the island, at the lowest price. This was one of our favourite places to eat on the island, also money wise, we came back the second time also. And the staff was just super friendly!

The service was friendly. The food was delish! It came out nice, fresh, and hot. We purchased the seafood platter. Our favorite was the octopus and fish but we loved it all. If you’re in the area, I recommend stopping and getting something.

Great little place! Friendly staff and excellent food. The bruschetta gave us a small giggle as its more like a single sided toastie but delicious! The beef stroganoff was spot on for non seafood eaters! Big portions also! Had a lovely evening meal.

Food was freshly made therefor it takes about an hour but it could have some more spice and salt. We did enjoy the samosa with chicken and vegetables and chilisaus. A lot of the drinks on the menu are not available so we had water. There is only one diner table, the rest is more low chairs. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered chicken tandoori and whole fish grill. The chicken was really good. The fish was quite small. The watermelon juice was really refreshing. They took almost 1.5 hr to give us food and that was quite disappointing. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Nice & local restaurants. During my stay in Zanzibar I have come and it here almost daily: very good & fresh and competitive prices compared with the hotels side!

It is a small local and nice restaurant nearby the beach. Good food, competitive price and friendly people, nothing else is needed.
