I recently had the pleasure of dining at 11 Tables, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The ambiance was cozy yet vibrant, perfect for a casual meal or a special occasion.
Let's start with the food - The chicken waffles were a standout dish, perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with a hint of rosemary on top a delicious house made cole slaw that paired surprisingly well with a warm béchamel that elevated every bite to a whole new level of indulgence.
Next up, the surf and turf burger. The combination of a juicy well seasoned, flavorful beef patty garnished with crunchy fried shrimp! The house sauce made for a balanced bite bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.
Finally the coq au vin. Talk about creamy mash with savory pieces of chicken in a red wine sauce that brought comfort to the tummy and left me feeling satisfied and content.
Overall, Bristol exceeded all of my expectations given its location. The food was great, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. While they provide non alcoholic beverages, given we were celebrating they allowed us to bring a bottle which we called about before - so thumbs up for that!
My only complaint… they need to fix the AC or include another ceiling fan because it was a bit on the warmer side that day

Fried Chicken & Waffles
Had a burger which was underwhelming and not worth the price. I requested that it be prepared, medium rare, which is how I prefer it. It was dry. The presentation was good though. The berry spritzer came with large ice blocks and I believe that it diminished the elegance of the presentation. Due to the size of the ice blocks, I felt like I received more ice than drink.
Ventilation in the dining room needs to be reassessed because there is noticeable smoke ingress from the kitchen.
The waiter was very friendly and attentive.
Decor compliments the theme of the establishment.

A delightful and peaceful dining experience in a busy district. Food dishes are well done as well as drinks. Prices are a bit high but it’s worth it! Very friendly and helpful service and lots of options available. All in all a lovely experience and I hope to be back soon, definitely recommend trying.

Really nice spot overall. Atmosphere is 10/10. Prices are a bit on the higher end but the food is good and the berry spritzer drink I had was really refreshing.
Also, there are a few parking spots available at the side of the entrance.

Amazing bistro! The smoke salmon Benedict was wow! I'm from the US and never tasted such a delectable dish; delighting the tasteful trade buds with every bite, even the simple chicken and waffles were far from simple. The ambiance was perfect! The server was on point! Would definitely recommend.

This is a cute bistro with an amazing and picturesque ambiance! The food and drinks were top notch! It was my birthday so I also go a free piece of cake! I do wish they had more drink options though and I also wished they had nicer parking.
The ambience is like stepping into a vacation destination. You immediately feel like you are at a quaint corner coffee shop somewhere in Europe. The service is exceptional, with friendly staff who attend to your every need. The food is a bit on the higher priced end, but the portions are big and the presentation is beautiful especially with all the floral garnishes used and it tastes amazing. The drinks are also not your normal drinks, its a level up! The taste is great as well! It’s not your everyday breakfast shop, it’s more of an experience. Make sure and book in advance. Will definitely recommend!
Really lovely spot fir brunch or date or meeting up with friends and family. The guy at the register I believe is the owner's uncle is really great and customer oriented! Really friendly. There was just the kind of attention to detail I love when I dine out. The decor is beautiful and put together.

We ordered our selections to-go (chicken sandwiches), but we would definitely be back to-dine in; the brunch menu looks inviting.
We had the Berry Spritzer while waiting for our order on the hosts recommendation, and it was surprisingly good, nicely blended and refreshing.
If you're looking for a chic outing and eats, I'd say give them a try.
