The two young men working right now, were extremely patient while my kids took their time figuring out what they wanted and their service was definitely top notch. Terrible service! The food was awful! And the front cashier was extremely rude to us. Will not be back. Definitely won’t recommend! It’s also very unclean in there my family and I’s shoes were sticking to the floor along with the sticky shoe prints from others all over. I walked into this store today to order dinner and I stood at the front counter for 5 minutes and nobody came and took my order. I had to get one of the employees attention and they dragged themselves to the front counter. The girl that took my order looked like she was on another planet. Nor did she not greet me but she was very slow and rude and was not cheerful at all. I told her that my order was for dine-in and she brought my entire order in a to-go bag. She then proceeded to walk away without a smile and without a “I hope you have a good rest of your night” or anything like that. Also, the food was terrible and overpriced!! I sent my ex-husband in yesterday to get my grandkids lunch we order a basket of fries and two children's hamburgers and Papa Joe and a regular cheeseburger they were so salty so very very salty that nobody could eat them I called zip and spoke to the manager Alisha I asked her if we came in could she replace the burgers I'd bring them back in she hesitated and then said no she said I have my best cook on burger your foods fine I told her that they were all too salty to eat she said we are not replacing anything your food is fine I spent 26.10 for that food we couldn't eat she did not care as a matter of fact she said my husband was talking in his car at the drive thru to someone on his phone and used bad language which has nothing to do with me but I did wonder if they were salted that way on purpose I felt as tho she didn't like my x husband I told her that has nothing to do with me he just picked up the food for me cuz it's our grandkids she said we will not replace your burgers they are fine to eat I asked the owner and she said that they are not there that they never come in I asked if I could get a hold of them or if she had a number for them she told me know that she does not have a way to get ahold of them and that she would she does have a number for them but would not give me the number I said how am I supposed to get a hold of them and she said you're not going to talk to them and we're not replacing your food your food is fine and hung up on me Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was in a rush, and asked if there was any food ready to go with no wait. I was told they make everything fresh, but the person taking my order asked the kitchen to make sure the order got put out quickly. I forgot to say thank you, so left this review. As a person who eats out way too much, i like to think i know good service when i see it: that is an amazing employee! Thank you for helping me get out the door and quickly. Came in pretty late. Didn't get fries in the drive through but they gave me a big bucket of fresh fries and some free cone coupons. Made it right and then some. Much appreciated! Do you love pulling hair out of your food? Well zips would be the place for you! Overpriced, and dry, this place will make you say “damn, how has my life come to this” as you ask for a new burger for one to come out only 30 seconds after the cashier takes the burger back. I was a kitchen manager of a successful restaurant, a burger in itself takes a lot more than 30 seconds to cook, even if it’s to warm it up. Disgusted, pondering if they gave me the same burger back, I ended up discarding the burger. Also might be a good time for a health inspection, their last inspection was well over a year ago. I ordered a cheeseburger with three ingredients and received a cheeseburger loaded. Since I cannot eat pickles, I could not eat the cheeseburger and obviously not worth driving back. Second time this similar thing has happened at this zips out of two times being there. I always give a second chance, but you blow it twice on such a simple order, and that would be it for me. Hair in food and when we politely brought it back to the counter she took it walked to the back of the store and brought the exact same hairy burger back out 35 seconds later. This is seriously the most annoying thing. You ask for extra fry sauce so they give you containers all literally filled 1/3 with sauce. Is it to save money? You'd think it would cost more in containers. How about you just fill them up and charge more so people don't have to order 17 extra fry sauces with an order. Literally all of them were like this. It's just really strange. Edit: came back 3 days later. Unbelievable. It's 8:16 and all the drive thru lights, including menu light is turned off, even though they're open til 10. So whoever is working is trying to discourage customers basically from coming in 😂😂😂 if I was the owner and I saw this I'd be livid
