Love this spot. We went here for the first time and the atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for: kind of a rustic, industrial vibe. Went there this morning and paid $7 for a medium coffee with oat milk. The lady who served me was very rude and gave me my coffee with the cup only 3/4 of the way filled. I asked her to fill it all the way and she said I’d have to pay extra since I had light ice in my drink. I asked what would I be paying extra for since I already paid for the drink? She fought me tooth and nail over it and refused to fill my coffee cup for the coffee I’d already paid for so in the end I got a refund and left. Never had this happen to me in my entire life and I get coffee every day. This company thinks they can charge you $7 for a full drink and make you pay even more to actually fill the cup of the drink you already paid for, which is insanity. To top it off, the customer service was so bad since they were willing to throw out the whole drink and lose a customer all because they didn’t want to fill the cup i’d already paid for, which shows you what they care about and it’s not customers. Won’t ever be going back, I’m now enjoying my coffee from my regular spot and it’s all the way filled as it should be - as I had paid for. Service: 1
