Customer service is terrible and keeps getting worse. Ordered party platter for Super Bowl. Pick up time was 230, no courtesy call or anything arrived at 230 to wait over an hour! Then all 50 of my wings were rushed, soggy and undercooked. Gave them another chance yesterday ordered a family pack, showed up 30 mins later to find out they gave my order to someone else? Wanted me to wait another 20 minutes. No offer of compensation, no offer of a drink, discount on the next order? Nothing. Just nonchalantly wasted my time again. I won’t be back.
