Stopped to get an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and coffee with cream. Normally White Castle coffee is fantastic but this had a metallic taste and was unpleasant. Threw it away when I got home. Service was exceptional but the coffee has to be good, guys, if you want a repeat customer. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes because they were "short staffed;" when we finally got our food and left, we discovered all 10 sandwiches were incorrect 😞.

I waited in line for 20 minutes to get my food. It appears they're trying to mimic chick-fil-a. It's not working it's horrible they don't have enough people to do it. There needs to be at least one or two people outside with tablets taking orders taking money and that way you can roll up to the window and just pick up your food. I am very disappointed. Name oil is all the other fried foods. My French fries tasted like fish and were soggy limp and nasty. Somebody needs to run this place like a restaurant.
