...speaking from my positin as a truck driver which is coming there regularly to load frozen goods, the loading ramp is quite bad to park in specially in the cold season; aswell the ramp itself has damages and needs to be positioned very careful on the truck and this takes a few extra moves. overall I hope someone from inside of the company that's in charge is reading this. p.s. : a new snile would be nice aswell :) that one used right now is old and very worn.
