DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I ordered Wednesday at 10:30 pm. I got such severe food poisoning I was getting sick from 3 am that morning until 6 pm yesterday (Thursday). After getting sick my body was in so much pain I’ve been stuck in bed until TODAY (FRIDAY). This was the worse experience of my life, and I grew up loving Wendy’s. NEVER AGAIN Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do Not Recommend! Horrible Customer Service! Asked for some nuggets well done for our family and the employee acknowledged us, but never told the people preparing the food. I then asked another employee to make sure they were well done and they proceeded to put old nuggets from the already completed area back into the fryer. When I told the manager that I didn't ask for OLD nuggets well done, she ended up treating me horribly and rolling her eyes at me like she didn't even care. Just an overall lack of empathy. The place is open only through Drive Through and for whatever wild reason isn’t open inside though it’s 11:00 a.m. That was annoying. I had to use the bathroom and planned to use it over there since I’m on the road. I know breakfast is over, but I asked for a breakfast sauce in the drive through window and they told me no. I offered to pay for it and no answer. I also received no response when I asked why it is closed on the inside. If I could it give it 0 stars I would. I suggest not going to this place. 12/4/23 - 9:30 PM - just idiots - second time through that drive through. Ordered a Parmesan chicken salad, no dressing, no utensils, no cheese. Is it that difficult to get it right. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. I’m not done. I will get my money back. In the meantime I’m quite hungry. Dave Thomas would be mortified. Never received my mobile order. I believe the delivery driver just stole it and canceled my order...meanwhile no refund, and absolutely no answer on the phone on their part for a resolution... I’ve been to this Wendys twice and the first time, my chicken was seriously overcooked. The second time (last night) my mom got food poisoning from the chicken nuggets. Never coming back here again

Just wanted to shout-out the staff. I'm going to butcher his name and I apologize in advance, but Kiriatos (so sorry for the spelling) is always so pleasant and welcoming at the drive thru. The new hires seem to be trained well so shoutout to the management team as well. This has become my favorite Wendys! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Can't fit under their drive thru unlike most other Wendy's with a 10 ft clearance. Dining room doors locked at 1120am, couldn't order food at all.

Never visit this Wendy’s around lunch time on a Saturday. They do not care what they feed their customers. They will charge you almost $12 for a #6 (Spicy Chicken) that is absolutely awful. They gave me raw chicken on two occasions and they gave me a rock hard bun on my spicy chicken today. Take a look at the photo and see how the bun is so hard it can support the weight of a full large soda. A waste of money! $12 can buy you a much nicer lunch almost anywhere. We to the location for breakfast around 10am. My intention were to dine in. But the front door was locked even though the hours of operation sign said the dining room is open at 9/10am I believe. So I had no choice but to get back in my car and go through drive thru. The wait was ridiculous for a drive thru order . However, I ordered a 2 large breakfast combo (honey butter chicken biscuit w. large wedges and Lg Oj). After waiting about 10 mins for my order at the window- I checked my bag to makes sure everything was right and I ended up receiving size small wedges. So I had to wait another 10 mins just to get it fix . The lady that took my order was super nice and apologetic. Furthermore, as I’m eating my Chx sandwich It had a weird undone taste to it. So I start to examine my sandwich and come to realization that the sandwich wasn’t even cooked. Then they gave me roll bread instead of biscuit. At this point I’m very DISGUSTED by what I received and later suffered from a stomach ache and diarrhea. I will never come here again . And honestly don’t want to eat from any Wendy’s franchise EVER.
