Waited literally 20 minutes in the drive through, just to have multiple different things missing in the order, and the food that I DID get was cold. If you do go here, always check your food. And don’t wait in a long line because it will take even longer than you think. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pulled up to the Wendy's window after ordering my food The gentleman put his hand out for my card never said how much my french fries were is all I ordered. Handed me my card back and my cold french fries no napkin no salt and pepper no he never asked me if I would like a dipping sauce for my french fries when I turn to ask him for it he shut the window and turned his back to me I sat there for a few minutes trying to get his attention but that did not happen drove away did not eat my cold french fries and I was the only person in line. Large dining room, and it's needed, as they get a lot of Hershey visitors. Outdoor seating available, too. Coke Freestyle machine was fully stocked (a rarity). Friendly, quick service at the counter. 2 issues here: there are no ordering kiosks and they don't offer 4-for-$4 meals, only $5 Biggie Bags. A good experience here nonetheless. The one single cashier was amazing that was on tonight on January 7th at the Hershey location. Well the cashier was one of the most amazing people in think that works there because of the fact that I only had about 3 dollars in change because I needed to get something to eat and when I tried to get something to eat and she told me to not worry about it because she was paying for it and I didn't think that she had to but I'm so so grateful she is that type kid and I appreciate what she did. Tried to dine in and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. We were maybe 3 back in line when we got there. Everyone behind us started making mobile orders to "cut" the line. The employees knew this, but still took them ahead of us. It was the most disorganized mess I've ever seen. Mobile app wasn't working specifically for this store. Called in and received no help at all. Free fries in the mobile app, but can't redeem if your store can't take mobile orders. It's simple. Apologize for the inconvenience and then give me free fries with my order. Then call your GM and get the issue fixed. I visited this Wendy's at approximately 7pm, Saturday 11/25/23 and had an awesome meal. They were very busy and the drive-thru was a little slow, but everyone was very professional and apologized for the slowness. They were all trying very hard to deal with the many customers. This is definitely the best Wendy's in my area of central Pennsylvania. I would always recommend this restaurant next to Hersheypark. I've worked in fast food/customer service, so I completely understand how crazy these restaurants can get, during peak times. Great Job everyone!!! My boyfriend and I just went to Wendy's, went thru the drive thru and ordered our food. After ordering he realized he left his wallet at work. The young lady blessed us tonight with our food for free 😁. That has never happened to us anywhere! She was very kind and generous, after she gave us our free food... She said just leave us a review. Was in a situation close to closing when i pulled up. All the staff there made my night and showed superb costumer service especially the manager. There's great people still in this world she was one of them. Totally appreciated it im definitely stopping at this location more often i think everyone must. Thanks guys.. I understand that it is during the tourist season and everywhere has trouble finding help but this was a little ridiculous. My granddaughter really wanted a baked potato as she is tired of eating burgers bring our vacation. They did not have potatoes no reason given. I wanted a potato instead of a fry as my side or since I couldn't do that a salad. I was just told they don't have potatoes not they're out not there's a problem with them no explanation and no I can't substitute anything else. I don't really like fries and my granddaughter had to settle for eating two containers of apple slices which isn't really the best lunch. We figured this would be cheaper than chocolate world but we also figured that it would be set for success.
