Lobby is so poorly laid out, people were constantly walking into each other leaving the counter. There's a huge divider that blocks the view and the soda machine is there as well as an entrance too so it creates a choke point. Food was way too greasy. Tables were not being cleaned. Food was good as I'd expect but I was left with the impression there were a few new hires. I say this because 3 of the 5 orders ahead of mine were not correct but were able to be corrected. It had been awhile since I was at Wendy's, but I thought I would try it again. Got a single with everything on it and it was the best fast food burger I had in a long time. It was juicy and just plain delicious. And it's tough to beat a chocolate frosty. It beat Burger King and McDonald's by a mile. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Food wise,, my chicken nuggets and baked potato were luke warm. The chili was very good and hot. I was disappointed in my selection of sugar free minute maid beverage.. Restaurant, the etchup containers were empty. There were no spoons. The tables were not clean. The soda counter wasn't clean and the condiments/utensils counter was pitiful. I've never seen it that bad before. I certainly will not be eating there and time soon. Maybe the drive thru will be better. Was there in Sept. and I haven't been back. It was chaos behind the counter and the place was filthy. The garbage cans were over full and the drink machine was leaking all over the floor (the place was a total wreck). I was questioning my decision to still eat the food. Luckily I didn't get sick. It's funny that the good reviews are from people who haven't seen the inside. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Walked in to order. The kitchen was a mess. One employee walked by and told them some one was out front. The person who was supposed to be at the register told me she would be there in a minute, with a mouthful of food. She told another employee there was nothing she could do. She was stuck there.
