Manager and employees had major attitude when asking simple questions. I've worked at a store in Missouri for 2 years and I get a franchise discount. so getting attitude for asking questions as a PAYING CUSTOMER. Notmally prety quick about getting food. Most of the staff were friendly. Last time i went i ordered 2 sweet teas and the tea was awful it tasted sour like really soured. I called like 15 times before anyone answered. Then asked me what did u want them to do about it. I said well i wanna get 3 more drinks that arent tea. So we go back and he said that they have us tea out od the peach tea. Apologized amd asked if we wanted fresh tea i said sure.
