MARIAH at the bar is the absolute best. I live in Pensacola and come see her every time I can for the awesome, quick and friendly service. I gave neutral stars because I've never eaten here. A friend and I were planning on going one day; but that friend picked up a carry out meal before our planned date, and she had an awful experience. She picked up her order, didn't look until she'd gotten home. It didn't look good(she sent me a photo) and she said it didn't taste good. It was a pasta dish. She called and spoke to a manager, who was not nice nor helpful. She told her to bring it back for another one. After a long day at work, and the fact that she didn't live close by, she didn't feel like driving back over there. My friend said she didn't want another one and asked if she could be refunded for it, and the manager told her no, she would only make her another of the same. So, needless to say, we did not go there as planned, and I won't be going there at any other time. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We have been here on several occasions but never experienced poor service such as our appetizer coming out with our entrees 45 min after we were seated. We had to wait 45 min to be seated Our food was cold and our waitress service was very poor. The atmosphere was not what we observed in previous visits. We had people sitting behind us that appeared to been served to much liquor. Had to address one male from putting his arm over our booth. I was traveling through the area during the Super Bowl and wanted to see what the atmosphere was like during a big game. It was slightly crowded and noisy as you would expect at a sports bar during Super Bowl. When we were able to get our waitress, she was super nice and very friendly. The Food is terribly overpriced for what it is. The servers are great, too bad they are stuck working here. I lived in Baton Rouge and this place, even though part of a chain is subpar to that one. If you want to impress your date, take them somewhere else. As for contacting the company, your forms fail to load or the address gets a server error, oh, the irony. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
