If you love sushi, I highly recommend their Monday Sushi Night between 5-8pm. The rolls are innovative and absolutely delicious. The vibe here is authentically Island Friendly. The live music compliments the up beat atmosphere nicely and the staff are amazingly attentive. Whenever we visit Hilo, Waiʻoli Lounge's Monday Night Sushi Night is our go to. Service was fast and friendly. The burger was huge, decent but a little dry/overcooked. The top bun was too thin for that size of burger and basically fell apart as I was eating. Fries were good. The acoustics are harsh mainly as the place was full. I could barely hear my dinner companions. If they added drapes to the windows (hard surfaces) it might deaden the sound a bit.
