First time going to Vibrissa and absolutely loved it. Finally an atmosphere you can move around freely and enjoy your surroundings. Food was delicious and the staff was friendly.
I was a little skeptical about this place at first because I have seen it but had yet to visit I it because a lot breweries I’ve been to have either no food or very limited options for food. This was different than the rest and the food was so delicious and I love the variety they offer. The appetizer menu is large and they can suffice as a meal or if you want to share with some friends. I will definitely be back with some of my friends in the near future!
First time during my visit. Good beer and staff was very accommodating with a small hiccup with the food/kitchen, but they were so nice and made it right as best they could in our situation. I liked the outdoor seating as well.
Nice place for a beer with snacks! I loved the grilled cheese sandwich with the meat, delicious. The pretzel was ok, not special. Nice beers! I got the flight, always fun to try new beers
I really enjoyed Vibrissae Beer. The menu provided for a variety of tastes including; burgers, bar food, vegetarian, and vegan. The pizza was awesome and I enjoyed The Champion Chicken Sandwich with salt and peppered french fries. My 2 vegetarian friends had the Chickpea Croissant with sweet potato fries, which they really appreciated. The service was excellent and the bartender (beer connoisseur) was extremely knowledgeable about the available beverages. Easy parking. Outside seating. Sofas and large high tops inside. Also, there was a bank of swings to hang out in. Lastly, super clean and large ladies room.
Been there 2x now and love everything about this place. Service has been a bit slow due to understaffed.... but that's everywhere these days. I've tried atleast 6 beers now, my favorite IPA is The Small Things. The porter and lager are also delicious. Very spacious indoors with a great atmosphere! The outdoors is also cozy, especially near the gas fireplace. We love the canopy tents that seats 7, those table have lazy Susan's on them.... making food and beer sharing/sampling between friends extra easy. Outdoors is dog friendly!!! The wings, antipasto app, sliders and The meat Lovers (add jalapeños) pizza is all tasty! Bonus, 5 blocks walking distance from our house....
My first time to the Winchester location and first time since the rename and new head brewer. I'll start off by saying that I'm very fussy. Most breweries do not get a good review from me because most are not very good. I will say that these guys are doing a nice job with their styles and staying true to those styles.
The environment is clean and inviting. Even took a picture of the bathroom for your review.
The servers are attentive and friendly.
The cost is a little high, but that's probably because they don't skimp on the malt bill unlike most breweries these days.
I will definitely be back!
One of the best brewery environments in Winchester! Very large space with indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for small or large groups. Excellent selection of beers and bites from the kitchen that compliment the drinks. Staff is very attentive and helpful. A must try while in Winchester!
