We always look for a local book shop when traveling and this place is perfect. There is a nice selection of new and used books with some unique finds, as well as really excellent coffee. The atmosphere is relaxed and there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy your coffee or new book.

If you are a book lover, this bookstore and coffee shop is definitely for you. This place is amazing, filled with used and new books. The place is beautiful and the owner is kind and super knowledgeable. The coffee is really good too! Definitely stop by on your way to South Padre island

Quaint bookstore with a well curated selection of books and a hand crafted coffee selection of quality coffee in the back. Very pleasant barista. Plenty of seating to browse books as you wait for your coffee, or to sit, read, and sip. I'm a book and coffee lover, and I think I found a little piece of heaven on earth.

Even though online it shows they are open I arrived to the store being closed. Will revise review once I can actually get in, just bummed as I drove 30 min both ways to check out the store.

such a cute and quaint little bookstore/coffee shop. we were in here browsing and reading for over an hour. the employees were all so kind and welcoming and the chai latte i got was yummy. nice selection of new and used books. this place is a gem, i hope it stays for a long time!
