Took our grandson here for his birthday dinner. Will not go back. Service was not very good the Manger on duty did not do his job burnt food cold pizza bill was $130,00 bucks. I could go on and on. Let’s face it UNO died many moons ago. That being said, I have seen some Pizzeria Uno that rock. This is not one of them. Food and service and drinks were fine. There is no energy here to bring patrons in. Overpriced fancy restaurants draw most of the crowd. This place needs a dynamic manager to set it on the right course. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Super nice help. Attentive but not annoyingly. Soup & a very fresh salad. Burgers for my friend. Fries were hot & crispy outside. Burgers looked juicy but not at all greasy. I'll be going back. Updated: Customer Service reached out and refunded me. Appreciated the gesture. Mistakes can happen. Will try again in the future but open box first. Previously the pizza has been good for to go. Recently ordered again and it was not edible. Not deep dish, burned on top. Something was off with the crust. Shame on me for not opening the box before I left. Wasted $32. We All loved our food and the waiter that served us was very friendly and on top of things, keeping our drinks filled and was very good at treating my special needs friend! The only downside was the 40 minute wait for our food but with how good it was it was worth the wait. We were able to walk in and get seated at the bar. Our bartender was attentive and would anticipate when we were getting ready for food or another drink. This is how service should be. We'll be back. Absolutely the worst overall experience we have had in a long time! From the very second we walked through the door. Nobody there to greet us or seat us. Then we had to request our waiter after 10 mins of sitting there. Ordered a pizza that took way too long !! Finally got it only to find it was still doughy! 🙄 Parmesean cheese smelled like cleaning chemicals. 🤮🤮 Never again. It wasn't even busy at the time. If you are visiting the State of Maine, you must try "lobster roll". So, I ordered (through food delivery service), Lobster roll, steamed broccoli, loaded mashed potatoes, and caesar side salad. Staff was kind, and there was plenty of available seating. The food was good and service was fast and accurate. This was my first experience at an Uno's in years and years and it was very good. The deep dish Chicago style pizza is very good, don't expect to have more than a piece or two as it's incredible filling. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Well, if I could give it 0 stars I would. First time coming here, waited about an hour for 2 adult meals and a children's meal. Which is alright, considering the pandemic. However, once it came this is what I got. Dried under the heating lamp for so long the pasta was crunchy, mushrooms dry, spinach dried so long it started to turn brown. Eek. Tried the "creamy pesto" sauce but I'm pretty sure it was just watered down cream. Boyfriends burger wasn't bad, and neither was the spaghetti for his son. However, we won't be back again.
