I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I was driving through NC and stopped here. Smoothie was great but that’s about it. The customer service was non existent. Young lady at the counter didn’t even have basic manners. The restrooms were very dirty as well. You can tell they hadn’t been cleaned in a few days. I’ll keep enjoying my tropical smoothies elsewhere. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food at Tropical Smoothie is always great. Employees need some customer service training at this location. Ordered on the app and went in and sat down. No one acknowledged us or even spoke. When our order was ready, no names were called out, just sat in the delivery pick up area. 0 interaction with the employees the whole time we were there. One of the employees was coughing everywhere and both of them were on their cell phones.

The service of the workers is nice, they were kind but they didn’t hand me my receipt and just walked away. The three smoothies I got were all sooo watery and had no flavor.
