Simplistic menu, which is a good sign the chef specializes in the dishes offered. I was a little surprised breaded chicken was in the chicken ramen and hoped for more garnishes, but the broth was flavorful, and noodles had a good bite texture. The menu could use a few descriptions under the items to better explain the offering to the customer. The artwork was beautiful, and I spent more time looking at the art than eating the food. I’m not sure what everyone else ate that was so good, but none of us liked our food. My son got the ramen….it looked like a ramen noodle packet. My tonkotsu was drenched in some kind of a soupy liquid and the eggs looked grey…it was overall just awful. The most disappointing part was that the food was so expensive.
