A bagel from Toasted is akin to a loaf from Tartine. It resets the bar of what a common item can be when an artisan goes deep do n the rabbit hole and applies an almost obsessive devotion to the craft. It’s impossible to have another bagel and not compare it it Toasted. The snap, chew, and ferment are zeroed in and unmatched. THE bagel!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We found Toasted at the San Rafael Farmers Market and they are now my kids’ favorite bagels (and the only ones they’ll eat). They love having (and asking for) toasted Toasted bagels with Toasted cream cheese. I love Toasted for the monthly special cream cheese (partial to the pepper variations). The best bagels in town and the only reason we go the Napa Farmers market! Our go to is everything bagel and veg spread. If there is a long line, well worth the wait! If you don’t want to wait in line pick up a pack of bagels from Hudson at the Oxbow and get your Toasted fix!
