There was a lady working named Maxene recently when I came to eat with my daughter. She was hoighty-toighty, distracted, and once I finally got her attention about what I had requested and not received, she was rude about it. Why not hire women who aren't so old to represent the place? Might have better service that way

My first time eating there. The view from the deck had a relaxing and calming effect. The food, once ordered was good and displayed nicely. The service on the other hand was terrible. I sat at my table over 10 minutes, mind you there were only 3 other tables occupied. I had to walk inside and ask for the waiter/waitress that was assigned to my table to provide service. When the waitress, who later identified herself as Denise, arrived she asked what was wrong. I said the service is terrible, her response, in a loud voice, was what, what's wrong. I asked her to take her attitude back inside and to give me another waitress. She refused and said she did not have an attitude. With out any remorse, she said let's start over. "Hi my name is Denise, would you like an ice tea to drink. I responded yes and at this point the rest of my party arrived. The rest of the meal she was very rude and blunt to me, while being pleasant to the rest of the party at the table. For a first timer, dealing with and ill mannered, major attitude waitress, left a less than favorable experience with me. I hope not all of the employees inside the bar/deck are this rude.

It's becoming more rare to find restaurants that have great service and great food at reasonable prices. The Par lounge has both. Combined with a full bar and live music on specific days, this place has become my favorite place to visit. Highly recommend it.

Food was pretty good, not great. Service was outstanding. One little thing, I ordered a Cobb salad and there was no bacon in it. I'm pretty sure Cobb salad comes with bacon. Fantastic view of the golf course makes it a very pleasant place to dine
