Not to friendly. i don't drink but I buy a few anyway to support the venues. Well this place is NOT 420 FRIENDLY. GOT STALKED BY A GINGER BEARDED STAFF MEMBER. So they prefer you buy $8 beers and be hammered instead of being mellow 420 friendly. But to get eye balled at 55 years old by what is a kid to me, its like dude I'm not gonna fire up again I get it you are a Millennial., Just stop Hawk eyeing me, like he was looking for confrontation!!! This was at Soil show. I will not be back to be treated as a criminal because I fired a doob outside. At least be cool about it and allow re entry. But they promote hammered driving I guess just boozed up driving no weed.... Cost me a lot to leave after 1st band. Price per person $100+

Honestly this is one of my favorite concert venues in Michigan!! The sound is great. The staff is the best you'll find anywhere!! I can't say enough good things about this place!!! Absolutely love The Machine Shop!!!!! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
