Love the concept. Wanted to love the chocolate. However, we were left a bit disappointed in the flavor. Got a variety of flavors and they were kind of chocky flavored, very thick filling and didn't taste the best.

This review if from Luke, my 11 year old. He received both the truffles and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day, along with the chocolate heart with smasher stick. “These are the best chocolate strawberries and truffles I have ever tasted (and I have had a lot)!” “By far the best chocolate AND the strawberries are even great alone! Mom, from now on, we go ONLY here! “Are we allowed to go tot he store anytime and buy what we want?”. Needless to say, they were a hit! Thank you Valerie and team! We will be back.

Firstly, such an amazing cause! I am an admin at a start-up and we had the idea of using a company for chocolates that is for a cause for a tradeshow we will be attending in a different state. I searched around but once I landed on The Chocolate Spectrum I knew I wanted them. From the initial conversation of qty, color, and packaging to Valerie calling the hotel to make sure it would be arriving in safe hands until we got there was beyond fabulous. Highly recommended! Valerie and her team have a lot of love for what they do and it shows in how they handle things and our conversations! Thank you, Valerie!

I have known Valerie for about 30 years. She has dedicated her entire life to helping her son as well as others including my own children that are within the autism spectrum. This shop is one of a kind. She uses only the best ingredients as is evident on how wonderful everything tastes!
