Dined in at The Cheesecake Factory last night and really enjoyed our meals. Our server was Jamie and she rocked. She gave my wife and I plenty of time to look over the menu without feeling rushed and perfectly paced our meals. Got the Smokehouse burger which came out hot and was very good. My wife got the madeira which never disappoints. Jamie was very attentive to our needs the whole visit, and overall had a very pleasant attitude. I had a situation I was not happy with on Saturday night. It almost made me not want to return. I called the restaurant today instead of writing a bad review of Me ranting and raging about it. I spoke with Kyle the manager. He understood my concerns, addressed every issue I had with a “let’s resolve this and please return attitude.” He acknowledged some shortcomings of the restaurant which I appreciated. I recommend to anyone who is reading this please call a manager over if you can when you’re having a bad experience of any kind..if you cannot call them over, call the restaurant asap and give them the info and a chance to explain and improve. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Cheesecake Factory at Walt Whitman. Our server, Patrick, was so sweet. He was attentive and constantly checking on us to see if we needed refills or anything for our meals. Our appetizer arrived hot and delicious - the egg roll sampler. We all enjoyed our dinners as well. We got two desserts to stay and two to go. We'd definitely return to this location and would request Patrick as our server.
