I love that this place is just a 5min drive away in downtown Bartlett. It adds to the vibrancy of the local nightlife. I love the variety of food options available—pasta, burgers, steak, salad, desserts. The menu is well thought out. My husband and I got the fried calamari, burrata caprese salad, The 1920 and Mushroom Swiss burgers w/ fries, and The Cover Up (tiramisu) for dessert. Enjoyed all of it. The interior decor/restaurant theme is fun, elevated and has great vibes. Sophisticated casual. The crowd is a diverse mix of demographics. I like that there’s a separate carry out station which we definitely plan to use next time. The service is friendly and efficient. Plus the owner Gino is personable and I can tell genuinely cares about the business. He told us about their private event space area in the adjacent unit with a lounge on the bottom level complete with darts and cards. Sounds like a good opportunity to rent next time we’re hosting an event. Highly recommend if you’re in the nearby area! Looking forward to getting breakfast here soon.

My wife and I had been to The Still quite a few times and when we saw it became The Boss's Signature, we were curious about it and wanted to check it out. I saw on Facebook that they had just started to serve breakfast. A few days later, wifey asked if I'd like to go out to breakfast on Saturday. We decided to give the Boss's Signature a try. I had an omelet, she had an egg combo. Both were DELICIOUS (I won though...). My omelet was perfectly done and it came with a big, fluffy pancake, hash browns and fruit. The hash browns were perfectly done too, not some kind of prepackaged frozen thing you find at other restaurants.
The owner stopped by our table and we talked for a good while about restaurants and food. He mentioned that he normally doesn't like sausage patties and we agreed, but he said that his chef recommended some and ended up really liking them. He had chef prepare one and had it brought out to us to try. We both agreed that it really was good. The man knows what he's doing. We'll be back. Highly recommended.
