This is a regular place for many of us after church. It is also where we order from on a weekly basis from my job. The food is good and reasonably priced, the servers are great and friendly. This place is becoming more corporate it seems doesn't have the small restaurant feel anymore. The tacos had no flavor I ordered a chicken soup that took over 17 min to come out I had to ask the server about it. I asked to cancel it since I had to leave and it had not arrived he told me he couldn't I asked why since it never reached my table and he said he couldn't that it was about to come out so I asked him to put it in a Togo container instead and it took another 10 minutes before I got it. Everything was good. Good music, chill atmosphere, was seated and served right away. Waitress came and refilled chips, salsa and drinks often. Good job. I ordered a kids quesadilla but it was just 3 small corn tortillas put together to make a bigger tortilla. This was very disappointing to look at. One of the salsas that came with the chips tasted/smelled like it went bad already. The rice and beans were ok. we ordered kid quesadillas with fries instead of beans and rice. it came with beans covering all the food and she can't eat beans. The queso is almost $10 for the tiniest amount and I've never seen such tiny quesadillas they're like silver dollar size and only 2. WASTE OF MONEY FOR GROSS FOOD. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They automatically charged 18% gratuity on our bill. This is after the fact they forgot to serve one our ordered drink and after they messed up our food order either by false advertisement or forgetting what comes with the meal. Even after all the mistakes they still charged 18% gratuity. Funny part is they would’ve gotten 20% regardless because we know how hard the food industry can be. But to have opportunities in your service and charge 18% up front you must be out your mind. No more Arandas for this familia. I’ve been to many Taqueria Arrandas locations and this is by far the worst one I’ve been to. Total of 7 tables at around 8-9pm; the service was very slow and she got our orders wrong and almost didn’t want to comp it and tried to just get me to take it home but after she spoke to her manager, they let her take the food back and give me what I had originally ordered. Overall the food was not good. The tortillas weren’t fresh and the meat was overly fatty. We had ordered a margarita and it never came out as well. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. The service is excellent. The food service was very fast and very delicious. Today I was served by a waitress who was having her birthday. She gave me great attention. I forgot to ask her name but she was very beautiful... I recommend this place 100%. Food: 5 Service: 5

The food tasted good but was room temperature. I had the huevos divorciados with beef. The red salsa was very good but the green salsa was a little vinegary. Our server was polite. Food was good service was ok. The only thing I did not like was that my wife and son got there food first and I had to wait another 10min for mine when we ordered everything at the some time. The location was a little weird it was connected to a hotel and I don't know if it was the time or day but it was just us and 2 more people in the restaurant.
