I'm not saying the food was bad but it did not taste like Taco Time food normally taste. The sauce is different they're hot sucks with different. Everything had a different taste not what I was expecting. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Came here over Labor Day weekend, passing thru otw to the Uintas to camp. There was no line. There was hardly anyone there at all. My order should have been very simple and easy to serve. Was the staff back there smoking dope or something? Bc my plain bean and cheese soft burrito was cold to the core. No melted cheese, absolutely cold clump of refried beans. Seemed like they opened the can and plopped it directly onto the tortilla. It's been a while since I've gone to ANY taco time bc of how badly they botched my very simple to master order. I spent the drive hungry and disappointed. My unsolicited advice: get some new staff or start drug-testing employees. To their credit: the Mexi-fries were perfectly adequate and edible. The beef soft taco was skimp. more and more of the meals are pretty skimp these days. My taco was about as big as pack of smokes, more tortilla than anything. I wouldn't usually complain but this isn't unusual quality from what I have seen and heard. I wonder if it has anything to do with the relatively new ownership? Wasn't even that good. Worst experience ever! There was 3 people in the lobby girl taking order sounded like a trucker! Not polite or ladylike what so ever. Also food was cold and forgot my Order and took 25 minutes stay away costa vida is better anyway. Lesson learned! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Edit i went to try and go back but whoever runs the microphone amd drive threw was literally swearing and cussing out customers very unprofessional she needs to be fired Absolutely garbage service, no one's even there to take your order and they have nothing ready, whoever opens in the mornings this day needs to be fired Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For the people complaining that there’s no crispy burritos all the time, I work here and our highest selling products are the crispy burritos. We hand make EVERYTHING. We make everything ourselves. It’s time consuming. And we are limited to how much we can make and sell so we don’t completely run out of product until the next truck comes. We work our hardest and try our hardest to keep customers satisfied. When we are disrespected we bite our tongues. For the older lady who works the window with a loud voice, she has a hard time hearing and she is a loud talker. She isn’t being rude. We tell the customers what our manager tells us to. If she says it’s a wait, then it’s a wait. If we aren’t to sell any more burritos so we have some to sell the next day then so be it. You guys complaining about our store really have no clue to what goes on behind the scenes. We do what we have to keep the store running and customers coming back. We get really busy and run out of stuff a lot. It’s pretty hard to prep stuff when you’re constantly working with customers and completing orders. Also when the equipment is down, it’s because we have no cooling system and it’s unsafe for us to work in such hot conditions. So please be polite and take our well being into consideration when we explain why we aren’t using something. Thank you. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
