They have to be the rudest people I ever came across. They are more worried about the drive thru time,then the accuracy of your order or your experience there. They definitely need a different staff in that restaurant. Good luck to anyone brave enough to go there.

DINING ROOM is CLOSED still, this on third visit to this location in a month no matter the time I’ve come: 7pm, 6 pm, 4:30 pm.. they’ve said it’s due to employee shortage, understandable once, one week or two, but a month splits visit and no change. Unfortunately orders get messed up (missing items) and you have to wait in drive-thru lane with no way out once in (the drive-thru is structured/built as one lane). Would Not Recommend!

If I'm the only person in the drive through, why is it that you can never full grill a quesadilla? Several times in a row this has happened and one of the quesadillas had the wrong sauce in it. Not only that but the burrito that was supposed to be in the order magically got swapped for ANOTHER under done quesadilla. I see now that it's discontinued but that would've been great to know with a few given substitutes to choose from since I was the only person in line. Instead they were kind enough to choose for me. You guys deserve minimum wage in there with work like that.

I love Taco Bell. But the experiences I have with thus location and the app is 0. I placed an order twice and the location is closed. The second time, employees on a smoke break informed me the place was closed at 8:25 pm. Really? Forget Taco Bell and their app. I am done.

I never thought I’d see a day where I’d have to review Taco Bell badly. But I just walked 20 min in the cold to get Taco Bell to be met with a locked door. Someone mopping the floor and be told they were too understaffed to open the doors. Mind you with only two cars in the drive through. There were no signs on the doors nothing. So Taco bell you lost a customer to Arby’s tonight thanks to your employees not being able to work through being understaffed.

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how they’re still in business with how horribly managed they are. As someone who works as a store manager, and many years in the fast food industry it’s so frustrating to see how horrible this establishment and their staff are. It’s absolutely pathetic. This Taco Bell is close to where I live so it’s convenient to come here, I don’t know why I continue to even bother any give them a chance or give them my money because it’s a complete waste of my time. Multiple times ordering online at night and then going there to pick it up (during business hours) and they’ll be closed. People inside, lights on but no answers or someone will say they’re closed and then not answer you anymore. When they are open, they’ve been so rude on many occasions, and then today I go there to pick up my boyfriends online order and they tell me I’ll have to call and get a refund because they don’t have any way to make the food and that’s not the first time they were out of multiple items. Whoever is running this place is horrible at inventory, horrible at managing a team and business, and should consider a new job. Absolutely horrible.

This location is horribly managed. Especially in the evening to night. This is the second night I’ve come during hours of operation around 10 pm/11 pm to pick up orders and the workers hide inside, allow a line to build up 4/5 cars deep. You have to lay on the horn for someone to acknowledge you at the speaker to say we closed. If you closed, why are you inside the building. If you are closed why are people allowed to order on door dash. Door dashers don’t come here they will waste your time. As well as customers don’t order from here they just gonna tie up your money!!

Boyfriend and I came through after a concert. Its was late (1:15am) and they were still friendly and helpful. We ordered tacos and they were delicious and made really well. I would definitely eat there again!

Im a general Manager for a company and know how it should be. I'm telling you PLEASE. GO SOMEWHERE ESLE. Please shut down this store and train. No one even acknowledges that your standing at the counter needing something. Employee looked right at me then away from me 4 times, then decided to look at me in my eyes and just walked off. Didn't even ask me if I needed anything. The manager is telling horrible about customers in the drive through, also tell his line crew please double check your orders, " I don't mess up". We'll he messed up my order because I seen the manager try to make it. 2.5.23 around 12:50pm.
