I ordered from the app. When I received my food, I asked if my sauce was in the bag. The window guy looked up at my order and saw sauce on it and said yes. It’s in the bag. It wasn’t in the bag. Everytime I come here and order extra toppings on my tacos/burritos I get charged for it but they never add the toppings! So annoying. The people making food deserve $7.50 an hr. This Taco Bell location has gotten my orders wrong more often than not. Adding guacamole to food that doesn't have it making inedible due to allergies, sausage breakfast burritos instead of bacon and just straight up not remembering to give me my entire order. Absurd how you can mess up simple orders. I love other Taco Bell locations, but this one is an absolute miss for me. Try anywhere else. Decent food like all Taco Bell. However the worst customer service I have ever experienced very rude inconsiderate. Refused to get my nutrition guide for the #10. She stated that I could get it online which you cannot. These employees are too lazy to look up the nutrition guide that is federally required of them. The employees were also too lazy and blatantly refused to give me the store managers contact information. I have gotten the nutrition information from other taco bells because this item is not online at all. These women need to be fired. Lobby is closed again it's like they don't know how to clean or something never a real reason given for this. Laughing while taking the order in the drive through is very unprofessional especially when you are not hearing the order correctly and we have to tell you 3 times even though it's just 2 large fries and 4 tacos.....nothing wrong with having fun if you can maintainyour job accordingly...the incompetence is ridiculous. The person who handed the food out was different and more professional but still this is ridiculous. If you can't give your time to listen too the order you shouldn't be taking orders. Food seems good this time. Who ever is making the tacos clearly put a tomato in each Taco when it's not even remotely possible to do on accident in every Taco just one tomato? Lobby is closed so I had to sit through the slow drive thru to get my order. I asked is my sauces were in the bag and they said yes. They weren't. Food quality was bad. Could not eat it. This location has gone from bad to worse. Slow drive thru and bad food. Used to love Taco Bell. I will not be back. Went to Taco Bell this morning and ordered two of the new breakfast taco boxes. They were terrible, tortilla shells with a few tiny crumbles of egg and sausage. Worse, they forgot one of the hash browns, and instead of the cinnabon coffee they gave me black. Kinda screwed up my morning to be honest. Usually have a great experience here.
