I dropped my taco and the manager noticed and immediately brought over a new taco. Definitely wasn’t expecting a replacement- I was mostly just embarrassed, but the manager and staff helped me feel better about it :) so kind! I pulled through the drive through and ordered 2 beef chalupa meal with no sour cream. They gave me chicken and sour cream. The chalupas were stale and hard. Probably from yesterday. The further away from the inner city you go the better the customer service gets and this is no different here the people inside are social, they address you and look at you when they're doing it, once in a while they'll Rush your food and it'll come out all jacked up but at least it doesn't smell like weed and people hooting and hollering in the kitchen and not really doing any work because they know they can't get fired and that's why I like this place you got a 95% chance of success!
