This is probably the worst Taco Bell in Pueblo every single time we go there they mess up our order somehow other day I got a burrito supreme with green sauce and they didn’t even put any sauce in it. The managers are rude, unprofessional and will not want to listen to complaints. Food preparation is terrible!! A bean burrito had 1/2 red sauce and 1/2 beans and was so runny it oozed out of the burrito. A taco was not wrapped and was laying completely open in the wrapper. Merely trying to lift this out of the bag resulted in the contents falling out of the taco. I absolutely refuse to return to this store! I will travel twice the distance to another location!! Ordered a three meal soft taco. Haha 😂 I got a floured tortilla shell (3) of them a teaspoon of meat half a teaspoon of lettuce a quarter size teaspoon of onion some cheese paid $1.95 each for sour cream bought 2 and a water down drink all for $ 13.00 for nothing!!. We ordered a taco party pack and went home to find no lettuce in any of our tacos when I called to report they said someone should have informed me that they ran out of lettuce which they did not otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered the tacos. This the third time this has happened that they don’t inform a person about running out of lettuce, seems they are always short of items and they won’t even offer a discount they want to charge you full 23$ for tacos that barley had any meat with no lettuce. This is the slowest taco bell around. Literally waiting over 30 minutes for an order. No explanation. You had a lady at the counter waiting for mold salsa s8nce you can't stick your salsa. Absolutely the worst service ever. Then you call someone else before her. Now it's been about 40 minutes. Poor poor service. My coworker had to take our lawnmower through your drive thru to get her order. Then you threaten to call the cops. You are the absolute worst Taco Bell I've been to. This location has the worst wait times of any Taco Bell in Pueblo, somehow their equipment is always “out of service.” Conveniently they always run out of literally every ingredient available 3 hours before they close, and half the staff just seem so enthused to be working. The most irritating part is that this location has been like this for MONTHS, and seems as if the managers/owners don’t care enough to fix these issues. This location irritates me to no end. Their staff including management is typically just incredibly rude. Their dining room is never stocked and is downright disgusting they need to clean the tables and floors! I've never encountered a restaurant besides Taco Bell that doesn't have their items in stock! I kid you not one day they were out of the tortillas for soft tacos. Welcome to Taco Bell sorry we're out of tacos. What?! The hard shells don't transport well they're always broken. That's the most repulsive outage I encountered but is far from the only outage I've encountered. Y'all need to just restaff, damn. I'd avoid this place like the plague if I were you. I doordashed an order and my poor dasher got to the restaurant and told him to his face (couldn’t tell him before hand) they wouldn’t honor our order even though we ordered in enough time. Horrible service!! Update: that day I called at least 10 times to my "surprise" I guess no one knows how to answer a phone because no one picked up when I wanted to file a complaint to the manager. I felt so sorry for my dasher but, he proceeded to tell me this is not the first time this has happened that they cancel orders on him when he arrives. Do you all realize that Door dashers make their money after delivering their goods?! So you guys not only screwed my order over but you screwed a dasher out of his money for that delivery! How inconsiderate do you have to be to do that to a dasher! They canceled the order before he even got there and they couldnt even let him know in advance. Then you all reply to my review and not even provide me the email where I can go above management to complain?! Well after reading more poor reviews apparently the person who is replying to these review can pick and choose who he wants to provide the email to. I hope this location gets a new management & new staff because what they have now is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! If you don't wanna work JUST QUIT!
