Very basic, not any better than the sushi from Fry's, but more expensive. I will not be back. I got 2 rolls. One was the crunch roll, which has shrimp in it, crunchy topping, and eel sauce. The shrimp was minimal and underwhelming. My last two pieces of the roll had the smallest pieces of shrimp in it, smaller than my nail. The crunchy topping was soft and mushy, with no flavor. The other roll was spicy crab. It was pretty good. It has spicy crab and cucumber. That roll was maybe slightly better than the Fry's version of that roll, but not enough to justify the price or bring me back. Great little sushi restaurant with sushi bar and normal seating. Had a spicy tuna roll and Chashu Ramen. Tuna roll was good, Ramen was really good, broth was excellent, as were the noodles. We decided to try this place out for our "New Year's" dinner. There is a good variety on the menu. We went with the Guilty Pleasure, Salmon Mango and Lion King rolls. There are so many more items in the menu we want to try, so definitely will be back for those. The service was very friendly and quick, we were a bit ahead of the dinner rush, but we didn't feel rushed at all.
