Food is good, service is fine. But when you configure your card machines such that 18% is the pre-set minimum tip option, you leave a bad taste in the mouth of your customers. That kind of audacity, especially from a chain not even viewed as high-end, removes any guilt or hesitation of leaving no tip altogether. 18%/20%/25%/30%….really? Don’t be greedy. Hi i was there yesterday with my kids and spent good time as it's a very warm place. Very neat and clean and the service was very fast and polite. Definitely will go again.
