Had a craving for a tuna sub, so decided to give this location a try. Arrived to find an empty restaurant with two workers behind the counter. When placing our order, the worker helping us kept asking if we wanted cheese. You would think that after the first time we said "no" that would've been enough, but apparently they felt the need to ask another 4 - 5 times. The worker placed the bare minimum of items on our sandwiches (4 slices of cucumber for a foot long?!?). The bread was just barely baked and was still "doughy" in spots. When we got home we discovered that neither sandwich had been cut in half, even though we had asked. While not completely inedible, it will be a long time before I order food from there again. Please don’t make a mistake and send the order to the wrong location because the people that work at this Thomasville location will be rude and disrespectful and catch attitude. I will never again spend my money at this location.

Very clean, great sandwiches and nice staff. The owner may cri·tique his employees a bit much, but you can tell his takes pride in the art of sandwich making Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

went in there yesterday with a coupon i got in the mail they wouldnt except it said it wasnt in there system never heard of such nonsense wont be going back they shouldnt give out coupons if they wont except them i just left

Ugh!!! Ready to give up on Subway and using the mobile app!!! If you do not watch them make your order, no telling what might be in the bag when you arrive home. Ordered a salad with no lettuce, just spinach. Received a salad with just lettuce no spinach. Ordered cheese- no cheese on salad. Subway encourages use of the app and it can be a convenience. The downside is there is no attentiveness to a customer’s order and raises additional concerns about how other operations, such as food safety and handwashing may be neglected. Hours say 8am to 10pm… It’s now 9:14am and the store is not open. People are traveling and don’t have time to waste! The woman was just setting up the prep area!
