Their internet is always down so they can’t accept coupons or cards and the phone doesn’t work to call ahead.

Seriously.. this is the latest of many times I watched the worker grab a burnt piece of bread and look it over for a minute before deciding to go ahead and sell it to me instead of using one of 20 other sellable rolls. As usual I give them the benefit of doubt until I get home and the sandwich is rock hard and inedible. This is the first review I've ever posted for any restaurant so that should tell you how disappointed I am.
