Second time coming to this location and my order was not ready on time. Had to wait 20 minutes beforei could get my order. Pick up time was 4:45pm finally got my food at 5:05 pm Was told by the worker that I have to wait until he finishes up with the walk ins first. What is the point in ordering 2 hours ahead of time if you cannot pick it up on time? Will not be shopping at this particular location anymore. We ended up getting eight sandwiches and was helped by a gentleman named Evan and he gave great service was very calm and collected and helped us with our order tremendously! Food was ok but there was a few cops there harassing peoptge two little punks that were working tonight had the most ugliest attitude they close at ten and when we walked in they were whispering why they didn't lock the explicitive door then the one named even completely ignored us. Made the other kid make the food the whole time the other one was in the back cussing and throwing a temper tantrum completely like if you don't want to be at work quit job. Ordered Uber eats from this location. They gave me an ice cold Philly. Who in the world would want a Philly cheese steak that has not been heated up. Typical subway sandwich. I wouldn’t come if I didn’t like the taste. The main issue I have with this location is that the mobile/app ordering experience is pretty awful. The sandwiches are never prepared when they are supposed to be ready. On numerous occasions I have ordered on the app and when I have arrived at the store I have to basically get in line for my order to be prepared. This last time I was there it took an additional 25-30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready before I actually got my food. That pretty much defeats the purpose of the mobile order. Seems to be staffing related issues but unless you have time to spare you’re better off just going in to the store or driving to a different location to get your food faster.
