I got this package of coupons in the mail, so decided to order one online this morning. It'll be ready in 20 (!!) minutes. Got a charge on my card, and went over to the store to pick it up. It wasn't there. The lady told me she didn't get my order. After a bit of back and forth she admitted she rejected my order because of the coupon I had added.
So similar experience as what I read below.
Still got the charge, and why are they sending coupons if the local location doesn't honour them.
Contacted Subway corp in CT, they tell me it is their policy that each location can decide on their own.
As what others mentioned, for the price they charge you right now for simple stuff, it is not worth it, better of some place else, so that's where I'll go, somewhere else...

I had an absolutely awful experience at this Subway outlet yesterday. It's beyond frustrating that they flat out refused to honor the coupons, which is just plain disappointing. And to top it off, my online order through the Subway app was a complete disaster—they butchered my grilled chicken sub, leaving it with nothing but veggies and sauces. It's hard not to believe this was intentional. Overall, this visit has left me seething with dissatisfaction towards their abysmal service.

I didn't eat here, because my gosh Subway has gotten expensive. This particular one doesn't even accept official Subway coupons due to "rising food costs". If I'm going to spend over $10 on a sandwich, it is going to be at a much nicer sandwich shop than Subway. You used to be able to get a foot long sandwich for $5. There are no value priced options any more, and there's no point in paying higher tier restaurant prices for fast food quality.
